Refund and Returns Policy

1. Returns

Eligibility:

– Items must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
– Items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and tags attached.
– Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required for all returns.

Non-Returnable Items:

– Custom-made or personalized items
– Items purchased on sale or with a discount
– Gift cards

2. Refunds

Process:

– Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
– If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 30 days.

Partial Refunds:

– In certain situations, only partial refunds are granted (if applicable), such as items that are returned with obvious signs of use, or any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

3. Exchanges

4. Shipping

Return Shipping:

– You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Lost or Stolen Packages:

– We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, we will confirm delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.

5. Refunds for Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

– First, check your bank account again.
– Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
– Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
